When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days on average (free shipping over $200). Most orders are shipped via one of our third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order has an item that is shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number at checkout.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will confirm that your order has been received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for purchase. We will not charge your card until the item has shipped, unless it's backordered and we need to hold an item for you.

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If the items you purchased happen to be on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail within 1 business day with the choice of waiting or canceling for a 100% refund.
