Returns & Refunds

Our Return / Refund policy is 30 days from delivery. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original packaging.

There are some products that cannot be returned:

- Gift cards

- Products for software downloads

- Customized products. Restocking fees may apply when returning them in certain circumstances. Contact us for further information.

We require a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Please refrain from returning your product to the manufacturer.

Only partial reimbursements are given in some circumstances (if applicable)

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault, or that is not in its original condition

- Any returned item that is not received within 30 days of delivery

Returns (if relevant)

We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Missing or delayed refunds (if any)

First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.

Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Next, give your bank a call. It usually takes some time for a refund to be posted due to processing.

Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. Please email if you need to swap it for the same item.


You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was shipped directly to you after being purchased and labeled as a gift. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item is received.

Return Shipping

Products that are being returned must be shipped back in their original packaging with all the original parts and components. For any warranty-related questions, please contact the manufacturer.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one. However, shipping charges are not to covered by you if your order arrives damaged. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.

Inaccessible or undeliverable shipping address
If the freight provider determines that the shipping address is inaccessible or cannot be delivered, you will be liable for all return fees (restock, ship from, and ship to fees). Your money will be withheld to cover these costs.
